“When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.” Mark 5:27

We can choose to live our lives crying about our problems, or we can play an active role in seeking our solution. Mark 5:25-34 tells the story of a victorious woman that battled with an issue that not only left her weak, but broke. Despite the fact that she fought with this issue for twelve long years, she didn’t sit around seeking pity, but she decided instead to tap into power. When she heard of Jesus, what she heard activated her faith and her faith got her moving.  She didn’t sit around complaining, but the Bible says she got in the press; she started pushing her way towards her solution. Once she started moving, she could see her healing more clearly. What was once a foreign hope was now a reality, and her healing was just a few steps in front of her. She wasn’t moved by her feelings. She wasn’t distracted by her frustrations. No one could hold her back. She was focused on Jesus and what He represented to her, and likewise, our victory over every issue depends on our ability to stay focused. I dare you to get in the press and focus on Jesus. If you do, just know that whatever the issue, with Jesus your breakthrough is well within reach.
