Walking in the Word

Written by KCC Prayer Warriors  |  Found in: Prayer

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12

Father, I commit to walking in Your Word. The Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. It makes my way plain before me. The Holy Spirit gives me understanding and discernment so that my feet won’t slip. I make You and Your Word my priority; therefore, You put Your desires in my heart. I am confident that you are at work in me now to do all Your good pleasure. So, I exchange my agenda for Yours and seek Your Word when I make decisions. I make my schedule around You. I make the Word the final authority to settle all the issues of my life. My heart is fixed and established in the living Word of God. In Jesus’ name, Amen! (Hebrews 4:12; Colossians 3:16; Joshua 1:8; Philippians 2:13)
