The feeling of guilt has hit us all, making us feel unworthy of God’s forgiveness and grace. Bishop Rosie S. O’Neal and Pastor Anthony Hutchins reminds us in this Bible study that even though the power of the Word of God oftentimes gets overlooked by nonbelievers, once it’s recognized to be all that one needs, it will change the way one worships. This is evident in the lifestyle of Saul, the feared persecutor. He had all the tools to feel guilty for what he had done. He could have chosen not to obey God’s instructions, but he exercised the powerful factor of faith and accepted the opportunity to change. Sometimes, opportunities are cloaked as risky feats. You and I are worthy of God’s love and our struggles are His opportunity to bless us. It is also our opportunity to worship Him to the highest elevation.
