Join us in worship every Sunday at 9am or 12pm and Wednesday at noon or 7pm to hear a word from God.
The more you come and connect with other believers and apply the sermons, you will find growth in Christ.
Using your gifts and passions through serving in ministry adds to your fulfillment and builds the Church.
Share what you’ve learned and received to family, friends, and others in the community.
In order to receive salvation, you must first recognize that you need Jesus and He is the ONLY one that can save you. Secondly, you should review the following scriptures to help you understand the plan of salvation: Romans 3:23 | Romans 5:8 | Romans 10:9-13 | John 1:12 | Romans 6:23 | John 3:16 | Luke 13:3-5 | Ephesians 2:8-9 | John 1:12 | John 10:10
Finally, you must REPENT unto God for your sins, BELIEVE He is your savior, and you shall RECEIVE the gift of salvation! That’s it! Salvation is not a mystical process. It is designed to connect you to your first love, Jesus Christ.
We believe that joining a church is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. We are grateful to everyone who expresses an interest in joining the Koinonia family, and we would love for you to become an owner of the vision of our church. We want to know who you are and also want to share a few things about us and what we expect from you before you become an official Koinonian.
To start the Growth Track, we offer New Membership class. In this two-day session (3 hrs each), you’ll learn about Koinonia’s history and purpose, vision, and your responsibility as a member.
At the end of the class, you will be given a chance to pledge your commitment to the ministry. Those who sign the covenant after class will be welcomed as full members.
God wants us to continue to grow spiritually (2 Peter 3:18), which is why we call our Christian Education Ministry The Growth Track. As followers of Christ, it is essential that we invest time learning about who God is and how true believers look and behave so that we can grow and become perfected, which means we strive daily to reflect the true image of Christ. The Growth Track courses provide members with in-depth teachings and opportunities for discussions on various topics that help us better understand how to fully take on the image of Christ so that we can live in victory and win others to Him.
After becoming members, most people are very excited and want to get started serving. That is why we ask our new members to continue and complete the Growth Track. This consists of 4 additional lessons that further help to assist in spiritual growth.
During the last class of the Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to sign up for or begin serving in up to two ministries and enjoy becoming a contributor to God’s vision for Koinonia. Sharing your gifts and talents not only expands the Kingdom, but it will also allow fellowship and establish lasting connections with other Christians.
After serving and becoming accustomed to Koinonia, if you are interested in further developing your spiritual walk and also have a desire to lead others, you will have the opportunity to sign up for the Koinonia Leadership Institute.
This is a 10-12 month interactive mentoring program that meets twice monthly to teach you the practical and spiritual skills to be an outstanding leader at KCC and in the community.
Once we have committed our lives to Christ, the Bible commands every believer us to signify that commitment through baptism (Acts 2:41 and Acts 8:12).
Baptism allows us to identify with Christ and the local body of believers.
Baptism illustrates Christ’s burial and resurrection. (Colossians 2:12). Every baptism in the Bible was by immersion. (“Baptizo” to immerse or dip under water)
Why should I be baptized?
