We're thrilled to hear that you're interested in joining us here at Koinonia (KCC). We believe that having genuine connections with Christ and our fellow believers is important, and we'd be honored to have you be a part of the family. The Purpose of Koinonia is to feed believers the Word of God, to instruct them that they might live within the realm of their inheritance, to equip the believers to function in their ministry, and to organize the efforts of believers to win the lost to Christ.
Individuals who request membership at KCC are considered membership candidates. Your response to God’s leading today is very precious to us and is the start of a process that will prayerfully lead you to become a member of the church.
We believe joining a church is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life and faith. That’s why our Pastor, Bishop O’neal, offers a class to help you make that decision.
In this class, you will enjoy fellowship and learning in two-half-day sessions. You will learn the foundations of the faith, the history, and the church's vision and be given an opportunity to become active in ministry. At the end of the class, you will be given a chance to pledge your commitment to the ministry. This is a covenant that informs you of what things we expect of our members. Those who sign the covenant after class will be welcomed in as members of KCC.
