The Differently Abled Fun Fair, founded by Bishop Rosie O’neal and the Koinonia Church family, has served individuals with severe and profound mental and physical disabilities and their immediate families and caregivers in Eastern North Carolina and the surrounding areas for more than 15 years.

Watch last year’s event recap!

The Differently Abled Fun Fair (affectionately called DAFF) is an annual, highly anticipated, fun, FREE event specifically to provide these special individuals (We call this amazing population of individuals VIPs) diagnosed with profound and severe disabilities or illnesses and their immediate families an opportunity to enjoy a safe, supportive, celebratory environment where those with special challenges and disabilities can enjoy functionally appropriate games, experiences, food and resources as well as a world-class carnival for their siblings and parents. DAFF helps VIP guests and their families feel accepted, loved, cared about and remembered. Koinonia Christian Center and our partners cover all expenses related to the venue and every aspect of DAFF. Additionally, we have a dedicated team of 350 volunteers to ensure that families and VIPs can fully enjoy the event without any cost or concern

Over the past 35+ years, Koinonia Christian Center has provided critical support to community projects, programs, and partners that impact the lives of women, children, and families throughout Greenville, Pitt County, and Eastern North Carolina. In that time, our direct fundraising efforts have allowed us to gift over to different local organizations, speak to geographical disasters, and better the Greenville community at large. When you sponsor the Differently Abled Fun Fair, you're supporting an event that reminds hundreds of individuals and their immediate families that they are loved, cared for, and remembered.
